Job Summary

Sleep Source is seeking a Patient & Inventory Specialist to join our team! In this position you will answer and respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, process incoming and outgoing equipment orders, clean and maintain the office, maintain inventory quantities / reorder equipment, clean used / returned equipment, and process documentation.

Compensation

$17 / hour

Shift and Location

Part time : on-site at Roseville office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm (24 hours / week)

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for facilitating resupply orders, loaners, returns, and fulfillment center order exports.
• Fulfills orders for in-store pick-up and shipment.
• Coordinates loaners and PAP repair procedures.
• Primarily responsible for inventory management.
• Replenishes inventory under supervision and keys inventory orders into system.
• Organizes incoming inventory and updates orders in system.
• Responsible for handling patient phone and email inquiries by providing answers or directing them to the appropriate resource as well as in-person walk-ins.
• Primarily responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly office, including vacuuming, sanitizing, waste disposal, and office supply replenishment.
• Thoroughly documents activities and patient correspondences.
• Maintains an understanding of current trends in services and equipment provided by Sleep Source.
• Performs all tasks in a professional manner and in accordance with government rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Contacts ordering physicians (or staffs) via fax, phone, or email as necessary and in accordance with company procedures.
• Provides backup to other staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Demonstratable customer service experience, preferably in a medical office environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good computer literacy; experience with using customer relation management systems for inputting customer data is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher
